Desideratum Wellness offers therapeutic massage in three primary modalities: Swedish, Neuromuscular Technique and Sports Massage. Each session is tailored to address the client’s individual needs whether relaxation, stress management, pain management, general mobility or simply a greater sense of well-being.
Douglas Poisson is licensed to provide massage therapy in both New Hampshire and Maine (NH-8532, ME-MT7598). He completed his massage training at the New Hampshire Institute of Therapeutic Arts and holds a Bachelor of Science from Plymouth State University with concentrations in psychology and exercise science.Doug is also an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer.
